In view of the spread of the Coronavirus (covid-19), we would like to draw your attention to the action we at Oderland have chosen to take.
Last updated 16 March 2020
We closely follow the development and spread of the coronavirus and update ourselves daily, as well as following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency.
At this time, we have no restrictions on our support or services due to the spread of the coronavirus.
We have clear rules on how employees should act if they have visited a risk area or met someone who has been in a risk area.
If any employee feels worried, is in a risk group or has relatives who are in a risk group, they have the option to work from home. We currently recommend all our employees to work from home.
All domestic and international travel is currently suspended.
We are evaluating the situation, distribution and recommendations on a daily basis.
How does the coronavirus affect the availability of support?
Today, the virus does not affect our staffing or support availability.
How does the corona virus affect the operation of your servers?
At present, we have normal staffing levels in our operations department and are well prepared in case more staff need to work from home. We are continuously working on plans and contingencies specifically for our operations department.
