New opening hours for our support

Our support hours are changing in order to provide better support when our customers need it most.

Our support is changing their opening hours. The main reason is to be able to offer more efficient support when our customers need it most.

The new support opening hours are:

  • 08.00 – 18.00 on weekdays, Monday to Friday
  • 10.00 – 15.00 on weekends, remaining unchanged

Focus on the times when our support is needed most

The change is being implemented to better carry out jobs during the times when the support’s workload is higher. By streamlining the workflow, we can provide better assistance when needed most.

– The new opening hours are part of a larger investment we are making this fall to offer even better and more customer-oriented service. We have analyzed when our customers most often try to reach us, what the support cases look like and how our team can meet those needs in a smarter way, says Åsa Rosenberg, Support & WordPress Manager.

Another contributing factor to the change is that between 19.00 and 21.00 one person calls every two hours, on average. About 97 % of all callers contact us between 08.00 and 18.00.

– We want to have more support technicians on site when our customers need them most,” says Åsa.

SLA Premium – for those with a business-critical website

Do you need to be able to report on operational disruptions outside office hours? With SLA Premium you get access to our emergency service, which you can contact around the clock and which handles acute problems with our services (e.g. if a server or part of the server has stopped working).
