On the evening of Wednesday 4 December, we will start a system work where we will upgrade the system behind the Customer Department. This includes our billing system, support system, orders and domain management.
We will post status reports regarding the work on our operational status page and plan to start the work at 6pm. So, if you know that you need to order a domain, check the status of an invoice, upgrade a service or similar, you should do so before 6pm on 4 December. The work is expected to continue during the evening/night.
As the work also involves our support system, we will have limited ability to respond to support requests while the work is in progress. However, our support pages will work as usual, and you will find answers to the most common questions there.
No hosting services will be affected by the work, and all websites, email accounts, servers etc will function as normal while the work is in progress.
If you need to log in to cPanel while the work is in progress, please note that you will not be able to access it via the Customer Services department, but will need to go via one of the other two routes described in our guide to cPanel login.
The work we’re doing will make our customer system work faster, while laying the groundwork for future cool upgrades and new features.
Some of the changes that you as a customer will notice immediately after the upgrade are.
A new look for the Customer Services department.
Everything will be where you’re used to, but the look has been refreshed and made more modern.

Updated look of invoices.
Both the ones you see via the Customer Service and the ones you receive as a .pdf file via email.
Invoices also include a handy line that allows you to quickly use your bank tap to scan the OCR number, bankgiro number and amount.
At the following link you can download a sample invoice to see what they look like and, for example, test how it works with invoice scanning etc.

We will also soon launch updated payment options and release support for invoice payment via Swish! This isn’t quite coming yet though, but soon – so stay tuned!
Another step in this improvement process is that in the first half of next year we will be launching a new order flow, making it even easier for you to order the services you want.
