For you as a customer, uptime is among the most important things. You pay us to keep your website up, not down.
In 2019, our average uptime for our hosting servers was 99.994%.
This means that over a 30-day period, we had total downtime of approximately 2 minutes and 36 seconds.
Of course, when we sum up 2020, our goal is to make uptime even better. During the autumn, we upgraded the infrastructure and servers. Including new, more stable Litespeed, new storage, and better fiber.
