We have heard from several customers that they have received an email that looks like it comes from us at Oderland. The email says that we “encountered a billing problem” and asks you to click on a link to log in and update your details.

This is not correct. If you receive this mailing, you should delete it and ignore it.
Some signs that this is not a real mailing:
- The sender is not an email address @oderland.se or @oderland.com.
- It looks a bit different from our regular mailings. Uses a different variant of the logo, and lacks some other information.
- Addresses you with your email address and not your name.
- Contains no information about your service with us, as the sender knows no more than your email address.
- The language is vague and contains strange, irrelevant information.
If you do not pay an invoice on time, you will receive one (or more) reminders. They look like this:
