Unfortunately, from time to time, we encounter those who try to deceive our customers and others by sending a fake email pretending to be from us. So called phishing.
Today (4 March 2021) we have been alerted by some customers that they have received a new type of this email. The mailing tells you that there has been a billing problem and that you need to log in to update your information.
This is fake and incorrect. If you have received this, you can throw it in the trash. Do not act on it.
Of course, we find it sad that there are those who spend their time trying to deceive our customers, and others, in this way. Unfortunately, it’s commonplace on the internet and we can’t protect against everything. Being vigilant and critically examining mailings is the best way. You can learn more about phishing in our support section.
If you are ever in doubt, you are always welcome to contact us, by email, phone or chat to confirm if the mailing you received is genuine.

You can tell it’s fake in several ways.
Firstly, the post is partly in bad English. The last paragraph talks about renovation and restoration.
The mailing also lacks information that we would have had. The greeting is “Hi [email address]”. In our real mailing we have your name, and also with information about which services the mailing concerns.
Finally, for security reasons, we ask that you never click on a link to update your information with us.
Update 2021-03-05:
It has come to our attention that a second wave of phishing emails is being sent around the web, this looks like this:

As with the second phishing email, the greeting is “Hi [email address]”. In our real mailings, we have your name.
Don’t click on any links in this type of email either!
