If you have Web Hosting Premium today, the package includes one website.

If you have Agency or Managed Server, you choose which website(s) you want to include.

Should your e-commerce go down, both we and you will receive an alert via monitoring. If the fault is due to the server, our operations engineers will take immediate action and look into the problem. If the fault is with your e-commerce (what we call “the application”), you will quickly find out and can start looking into the problem.

Absolutely! If you need more than 8 CPUs and 16 GB of RAM, you can expand your resources yourself via Elastic Scaling.

If you have Web Hosting Premium, you can upgrade the RAM. If you have a Managed Server, you can also upgrade the CPU.

You pay extra on top of the package for the time you use the extra resources.

No problem. You can still take advantage of all the other benefits included in the packages while paying for the resources you already have.
