During the holidays we are open at the support desk every day except Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Other days we are open with slightly different hours than usual:

Christmas Day 25 December: 10 – 15
Boxing Day 26 December: 10 – 15
27 – 30 December: 8 – 19
31 December: Closed
1 January: 10 – 15
2 January: 10 – 15
3 – 5 January: 8 – 21
6 January: 10 – 15
Of course, we also have a 24-hour emergency service, as usual every day.
