To be as effective as possible, we use several powerful systems that work together to stop spam before it reaches you.

SpamWall works based on several technical parameters:

  • IP addresses listed in RBLs are blocked(Real-time Blackhole List)
  • Emails with an RPD score of 100 are stopped(Recurrent Pattern Detection)
  • Blocking of emails in systems by actors such as Sophos, Kaspersky and SpamAssassin
  • Ongoing filtering that is manually managed

Questions and answers about SpamWall

Yes and no: Your domain’s email must be handled by our servers for the SpamWall “Mailcontrol” tool to work. If all domains pointing to your server use our DNS servers, we can update the MX pointers for you, but domains with external DNS require you to make the necessary changes yourself.

Yes, that’s right: SpamWall is included in the Standard, Premium and Deluxe packages. If you have your own Managed Server and want proactive protection, you can choose to add the service.
