Everything you need for your cloud
With Oderland Cloud, you get all the features you need to create your own customized cloud solution.
Snapshots
Snapshots allow you to take snapshots of your servers. They can then be used to restore the server to an earlier point in time should there be a problem or need for recovery.
Snapshots can also be used to replicate them to other environments. When creating a new server, you can choose to create it from an existing snapshot.
Network
Private networks create an isolated environment where servers can communicate with each other without data being transmitted over the open internet.
By creating private networks, you can easily isolate and control your server environment to ensure optimal performance and security. Private networks also increase the flexibility of your server environment with the ability to create customized network configurations to suit your specific needs.
Load balancers
Using a load balancer, you can spread traffic across multiple servers in your cloud solution and increase the availability of your applications.
A load balancer works by distributing traffic across multiple server instances, reducing the risk of a single server being overloaded or failing during high traffic loads. This allows your applications to continue running smoothly and without disruption, even during peak traffic periods.
Using a load balancer also allows you to easily manage and scale your server resources as needed, giving you greater flexibility and cost efficiency.
Operating system
You can choose from several different operating systems for your cloud virtual server. This allows you to customize your server environment according to your specific needs and applications.
We support:
- Debian 10 and 11.
- Ubuntu 18.04 (LTS), 20.04 (LTS) and 22.04 (LTS).
- AlmaLinux 8 and 9.
- RockyLinux 8 and 9.
- Arch Linux
- Windows Server
Floating IP
With floating IP, you can create redundant environments in your cloud solution by moving an IP address from one machine to another as needed, with minimal downtime.
This allows you to manage and balance traffic between multiple machines and quickly and easily switch between different server instances when needed.
By using floating IP, you can also ensure high availability and increase redundancy for your applications, reducing the risk of downtime.
Routers
With L3 routers, you can easily create network routing in your cloud solution to enable access to the Internet from your private networks or to connect different networks.
An L3 router works by using IP addresses and routing tables to determine which path data should take on the network. By using L3 routers, you can create a flexible and scalable network architecture to suit your specific needs and applications, while maintaining high performance and availability for your networks and applications.
